Manual Therapist (Wellness)

Responsibilities

• Strive to upgrade the quality of treatments you deliver through practice and reviewing relevant feedback from clients
• Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain a long-term professional relationship with clients
• Maintain an individual good record of daily treatment
• Maintain a working environment where all associates can build on constructive feedback
• To encourage the use of direct and indirect feedback to improve your self-awareness and development
• Participate in all training, meetings, and development initiatives
• Assist in the formulation of programs for wellness
• Maintain technical equipment maintenance, hygiene, and repair
• Maintain an intermediate or advanced standard of rehabilitation manual therapy and skin therapy service standards
• Maintain and update the quality-of-service delivery based on industry trends
• Clear explanation to clients regarding expected outcomes and aftercare recommendation to clients
• Maintain an accurate and detailed of treatments provided and any modification to treatment plans
• Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment and adhere to safety guidelines

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Certification in rehabilitation manual therapy / stretch therapy OR graduated from an accredited school of Aesthetics
• Minimum 3 years client servicing experience for premium health or wellness services
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a team player
• Candidates with certification in other modalities including manual therapy, clinical aesthetics and meditation will be considered favorably
• Experience working in hotel or spa are welcomed to apply
• Computer literate
