JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling and managing foreign workers matter in relation to discipline
- Sourcing new workers in accordance with the project requirement in terms of experience, age, trade, certification etc
- Managing foreign workers training course, continuing education courses, Man Year Entitlement etc
- Supervision of salary and over time computing on time monthly
- Allocation of workers dormitory beds, well being of workers etc.
- Handling dispute raised by workers to the company
- Other ad hoc duties from time to time.
REQUIREMENT:
.Must have own transport to commute between the office and the site office.
