Responsibilities:
- Actively source and prospect for new clients (employers) in need of manpower solutions
- Source and screen candidates for job placements
- Match candidates to suitable job vacancies based on client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Follow up on placements to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or manpower industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outdoor client visits and prospecting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
