What The Role Is
The SPF plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. As a Manpower Officer in Tanglin Division, you are primarily responsible for supporting Head Manpower, Tanglin Division, in Human Resource matters involving personnel and manpower management for all the officers.

Requirements
The candidate should
- be meticulous, resilient and responsible.
- be able to multitask and work well under pressure/with others.
- possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- possess good writing and reasoning skills;
- have a good work attitude;
- have good time management and be able to meet competing deadlines;
- possess an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (advantage).
