International Primary School Chinese (Mandarin) Teacher

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in education specialized in Chinese(Mandarin) language

. Prior experience in teaching mandarin to children age 5-14

. Prior experience in teaching YCT & HSK will be an added advantage.

. Meticulous, self-driven and ability to multi-tasked additional teaching & ECA assignments.

. Exude professionalism and passion in teaching.

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Conduct Chinese (Mandarin) language classes according to international school standards and materials.

. Plan, revise, record and follow units of work that provide applicable learning and developmental experience.

. Build and maintain a close working partnership with parents and share their child's education, learning and development.

. Develop scheme of work, lesson plans and examinations that are in accordance with the international school syllabus.

. Conduct all teaching programmes in mandarin

. Maintain good communication and rapport with parents.

. Create meaningful language learning and development opportunities for the children where their passion for Chinese language interests can be further enhanced.

. Develop knowledge and materials related to the primary school educational levels.

. Engage in department/team planning & development and extra curriculum activities (ECA).

. Any other duties as assigned by the principal and the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
