Managing Partner / Centre Director

Our client is seeking a motivated and purpose-driven individual to join as a Managing Partner / Centre Director under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP).

This opportunity is suitable for mid-career individuals looking to transition into workforce development, recruitment, training operations, coaching, and organisational sustainability roles.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will support and oversee the development of a new initiative involving:

• Recruitment and talent engagement
• Course enrolment and registration operations
• Workforce coordination and engagement
• Coaching and sustainability initiatives
• Supporting operational and organisational development activities

The role provides hands-on exposure to:

• Workforce and talent development
• Operations and centre management
• Stakeholder engagement
• Coaching and mentoring practices
• HR and training administration
• Project and sustainability initiatives

Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

This role is supported under the Career Conversion Programme(CCP), which supports mid-career individuals in acquiring new skills andtransitioning into new job roles.

Programme Highlights

• Salary support of up to:
• 90% for mature workers aged 40 years and above
• 70% for workers aged 39 years and below
• Structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentorship provided
• Opportunity for meaningful career transition into workforce and people development sectors

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience
• Be open to skills conversion into a new role/function
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be organised, proactive, and people-oriented

Candidates with employment gaps of at least 2 years may also be considered.
