Roles & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the company's business operations in Singapore, including but not limited to the followings
1. Develop business plan & business strategy
2. Develop a risk management framework, policy and process
3. Develop and establish financial budget and plans
4. Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies and guidelines
5. Develop managers and high potential employees through organizational talent capability review
6. Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships
7. Facilitate innovation process within the organization
8. Lead managers and staffs to develop organizational and governance strategies
9. Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
10. Management of Revenue
11. Management of Head office functions
12. Provide leadership during crisis situations
13. Resolve conflicts with stakeholders
14. Communicate and report to the group companies in Malaysia and Japan regularly
Requirements:
1. Past leadership experience and good understanding of Business in Food and Beverage industry
2. Minimum 15 years of working experience in Food and Beverage MNC Corporation with strong Management and organizational skills.
3. JLPT N1 AND TOEIC 800 and above required
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Result oriented
