Managing Director Structural Engineering Software in Singapore

This is a full-time role for a Managing Director Structural Engineering Software. The Managing Director will be based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The duties involve overseeing operations, developing strategic goals, managing the sales and marketing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining industry relations. The Managing Director will also be responsible for driving the growth of Dlubal Software's solutions in the region.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in structural engineering software, particularly FEA
• Sales and marketing experience within the engineering sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
