Managing Director

Splash Foundation is a Hong Kong based charity creating opportunities for disadvantaged communities to experience the transformative impact of learning to swim and to enjoy lifelong access to the water. Since 2015, we have taught over 12,000 adults and kids how to swim with the goal of reaching 25,000 by 2030.

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our Singapore entity, Splash Swimming Ltd. Reporting to the Hong Kong CEO, this high-impact role is essential for spearheading our expansion and growth in Singapore.

As the Managing Director, you are the entrepreneurial engine behind Splash Swimming. Your goal is to build the profile, secure funding, and navigate the local landscape for Splash Swimming. While you hold ultimate accountability for the organization's success, you operate in a high-trust partnership with the Hong Kong CEO of Splash Foundation and a Singapore based Senior Coach and Finance Manager.
