A leading global real estate services platform is seeking a senior executive to lead and scale its Property Management business across Southeast Asia.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full regional oversight, reporting into senior APAC leadership based in Singapore.
This role offers the chance to build and transform a multi-country property management platform across a highly dynamic region.
You will take full ownership of commercial performance, operational delivery, and strategic growth across key Southeast Asian markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a regional property management platform across Southeast Asia
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and profitability
- Expand client relationships with institutional investors, developers, and multinational occupiers
- Build and mentor high-performing, cross-border teams
- Drive operational excellence, service quality, and governance standards
- Lead transformation initiatives including digitalisation, process improvement, and innovation
- Act as the senior representative for key regional clients and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years experience within property management, facilities management, or integrated real estate services, ideally within a third-party platform
- Proven track record managing regional or multi-country operations at scale
- Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L ownership and growth delivery
- Deep client-facing experience with institutional or Grade-A portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia markets, with experience across both mature and emerging markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive
