Requirements:

- Demonstrated organizational leadership and effective business management skills, including oversight of performance, legal, and financial functions.
- Ability to build and scale teams with experience in managing small organizations.
- Hands-on mindset, capable of executing tasks independently in a lean environment.
- Extensive operational experience is essential.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
