Job Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operational control of local subsidiaries (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico), as well as supervising business operations across all entities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management & Operations:
Lead and manage the overall operations of each regional office. - Organizational Leadership:
Take charge of cross-functional teams and oversee organizational management. - Multinational Team Management:
Demonstrate leadership in managing staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the organization functions effectively as a cross-functional team. - Head Office Coordination:
Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the Japan head office, and report on overall business performance.
Requirements:
[MUST]
- Management Experience:
Experience as a Managing Director (MD) or in an equivalent senior management position. - Strong track record in overseeing multi-entity or regional operations.
[ADVANTAGE]
- Experience in the architecture industry is an added advantage.
- Holding a Board of Architects qualification is an advantage
- Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with the Head Office in Japan.
