Lead the overall strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the organization.

Drive sustainable growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding into target markets, and strengthening competitive positioning.

Oversee all business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Technology, and Legal.

Establish high-performing executive teams, instill accountability, and foster a culture of performance and innovation.

Build strong relationships with shareholders, board members, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.

Lead organizational transformation initiatives including digitalization, restructuring, and market diversification.

Ensure financial discipline through budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and compliance with corporate governance.

Represent the company in public engagements, major negotiations, and external communications at the highest level.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
