Job Summary
Lead the company's strategic direction and operational execution to drive long-term profitability and competitiveness. Collaborate with the Board and Japan Headquarters to ensure compliance, develop corporate plans aligned with the 2026 mid-term Management Plan, and build a high-performing team through effective leadership and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall activities as the final decision-maker to achieve annual and long-term profitability and competitiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the 2026 mid-term Management Plan to drive sustainable growth
- Direct and control company operations while providing clear strategic guidance and direction to the Board
- Oversee and ensure company policies comply with statutory requirements and align with corporate objectives
- Build, develop, and manage corporate planning processes to support business goals and reporting obligations to Japan Headquarters
- Foster a strong organizational structure by educating and developing employees, including expatriates, to enhance team capabilities
- Set ambitious performance goals and deliver measurable results that support business growth
- Communicate and execute a compelling vision to motivate and energize teams across the organization
- Build and lead a winning team by cultivating leadership, collaboration, and accountability
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate diverse teams for high performance
- Strong planning and organizational skills to develop and execute strategic initiatives effectively
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese at a business level to communicate with Japan Headquarters and stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in company operations and reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within the financial or corporate sector
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
