Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of the Singapore business, including the recently acquired MEP company.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and structure the team by overseeing hiring processes and designing an efficient organization.
- Monitor business performance through P&L management, KPI tracking, and compliance oversight.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Engage in both strategic planning and operational execution, working within a lean organizational structure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated history of leadership in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate sectors, ideally as a Managing Director or in a senior equivalent role.
- Proven business acumen with experience in P&L management and oversight of legal and finance functions.
- Ability to build and manage teams in small or developing organizations.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, with demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in multicultural environments is an advantage.
