Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-calibre Managing Director to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the investment & finance sector, capable of driving business growth, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sustainable business strategies to achieve corporate goals and expand market share in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and operational efficiency to ensure long-term profitability.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, key clients, and regulatory authorities (e.g., MAS, MOM, ACRA).

  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all business activities adhere to Singapore's legal standards and corporate governance principles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior management, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership capacity.

  • Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.

  • Exceptional financial acumen and experience in P&L management.

  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
