1. Job Responsibilities (岗位职责)

• Strategic Vision: Define and lead the long-term product strategy for Liveonair.ai, a next-generation AI Assistant Manager for global livestreamers, focusing on the TikTok entertainment ecosystem.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture and implementation of Multimodal AI models and Agentic systems to automate live execution, content production, and monetization for creators.

• Market Expansion: Leverage deep industry insights to drive user growth across international markets, specifically optimizing for TikTok platform policies and livestreaming behaviors.

• Capital Management: Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring the efficient allocation of the seed funding toward R&D and market scaling.

• Team Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of AI engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational agility.

2. Job Requirements (任职要求)

• Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) from world-class universities (e.g., C9 League or top European technical universities).

• Industry Deep-Dive: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the global technology sector, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within hyper-growth content platforms or AI-driven startups.

• Domain Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in TikTok's internal ecosystem, including content algorithms, livestreaming policies, and creator monetization frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience in productionizing Multimodal AI and Agentic workflows.

• Strategic Track Record: Proven ability to scale tech products from MVP to mass adoption in cross-border environments.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, entrepreneurial grit, and the ability to bridge complex technical architectures with business monetization.
