Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial and operational goals for the Singapore office
- Lead and motivate teams to enhance performance and foster a collaborative work environment
- Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and implement improvements to meet targets
- Liaise with headquarters to ensure alignment of local operations with group objectives and policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Apply strong management skills to oversee daily operations and resolve challenges effectively
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
- 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry
- Demonstrated strong management, communication, and financial skills
