This role combines business leadership with food & service operations oversight.
1. Business Strategy
1) Set restaurant vision, goals, and growth plans
2) Decide on expansion new concepts, or new outlets.
2. Operations Management
1) Oversee daily restaurant operations
2) Ensure food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliamce
3) Monitor kitchen and front-of- house performance
3. Financial Management
1) Control budgets, costs, and profitability
2) Approve pricing purchasing, and supplier contracts.
4. Staff & Leadership
1) Hire and manage senior staff( restaurant managers, head chefs)
2) Set policies for training, performance and discipline
3) Build strong workplace culture
5. Compliance & Safety
1) Ensure compliance with food safety laws labor laws and licenses.
2) Manage audits and inspections
6. Marketing & Brand
1) Oversee marketing, promotions, and customer experience
2) Protect and grow the restaurant brand reputation
