Managing Director

(Job Purpose)
1. Formulate business strategies for entire company and manage the progress and achievement of all divisional plan.
2. Performance management
3. Creation of medium- to long-term business for entire company and its group

(Job Duties)
1. Responsible for various management tasks related to the execution of all divisions mission
2. Consideration and implementation of organizational and personnel structure
3. Playing a central and guiding role in the execution of all divisions mission.
4. Develop business plan and strategy both locally and globally.
5. Provide leadership and motivation to assure staff delivers to plan and exceeds expectations
6. Maximising existing opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop new business opportunities
7. Smooth settlement of major problems affecting company's goal and mission
8. Credit and Legal risk management

(Skills/Qualifications)
1. At least 30 years of working experience with trading company
2. Served as Managing Director of an affiliated company within the corporate group more than 5 years.
3. Bachelor degree or above required
4. Language skills of Japanese, English and Chinese. Only Japanese language is available in order to communicate with Japanese HQ's
5. Deep understanding of Japanese and Local cultures.
6. In-depth understanding of Legal risks to negotiate contract condition and so on
7. In-depth understanding of credit risk and knowledge about analysis of financial statemen
8. Excellent knowledge about international trading including triangular trade
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
