MANAGING DIRECTOR

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our Singapore-based sales office, a subsidiary of a listed Japanese corporation.

The successful candidate will oversee all business operations, including import and export of semi-conductor-related products, team leadership (14 employees), and corporate governance responsibilities. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and experience in financial reporting and compliance, including monthly performance reporting and JSOX-related requirements.

.Proven leadership experience in trading, electronics, or semiconductor industry for more than 20 years.

. Strong understanding of financial reporting and corporate governance.

. Familiar with JSOX or internal control frameworks.

. Require to attend several monthly management meetings with HQ (Japan).
