We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead the company's overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The Managing Director will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, driving commercial performance, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in business management, strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, operationally hands-on, and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and business objectives
- Lead overall business operations and ensure alignment across functions including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing management team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitive developments to support business decision-making
- Represent the company in strategic discussions, negotiations, and external engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- At least 10 to 12 years of relevant senior management or leadership experience
- Proven track record in business development, commercial strategy, and operational leadership
- Strong understanding of financial management and business performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound strategic decisions and manage business growth effectively
- Experience in regional market development will be an advantage
