As the senior-most executive, you will lead our organisation towards the next phase
of growth and success. As the MD, you will be responsible for shaping the
company's strategy, overseeing daily operations, managing key relationships, and
ensuring the achievement of financial and organisational goals.

Objectives of the role
.
Defining and driving the company's strategy aligns with its long-term
vision and short-term objectives.
. Overseeing the overall business operations, ensuring efficiency,
profitability, scalability, and productivity across all departments.
. Managing senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
. Leading the company's financial management, including optimal
resource allocation, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting.
. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including
investors, clients, and partners.
. Setting performance targets and ensuring their achievement through
effective delegation and oversight.
. Leading and mentoring a high-performing leadership team to drive
operational excellence.
. Representing the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships,
stakeholder engagements, and external events.
. Ensuring regulatory compliance with all relevant laws and corporate
governance practices in India.
Your tasks
. Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business
objectives.
. Approve budgets, investments, and resources with the board of
directors.

. Ensure regulatory compliance with legal, business, and ethical
standards across all operations.
. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and
industry stakeholders.
. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of senior management.
. Make critical decisions on resource allocation, strategic planning, and
operational improvements.
. Review, approve, and update contracts, partnerships, and investments.
. Manage crises and make critical decisions to navigate the company
through challenges.
. Drive company culture and ensure alignment between values, mission,
and day-to-day operations.
. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth
opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications
.
A Master's degree in IT, Management, or a related field.
. 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally as a general
manager or in a similar capacity.
. Experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on business
expansion and entering new markets.
. Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of company operations
and financial management.
. Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and
organisational management.
. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-
thinking skills with the ability to handle complex challenges and
responsibilities.
. Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and
drive profitability.
. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
manage a diverse team and work with stakeholders at all levels.
. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance
practices in India.
. A track record of successful organisational growth and profitability.
