Job Description

1. Primarily recruiting professional managers with work experience as Executive Assistants to the Chairman of a company. Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens and Singapore PRs, and candidates with extensive local networks and resources are highly preferred.

2. Ideally, candidates should have a Master's degree or higher, be proficient in both English and Chinese, and preferably be local Singapore citizens. Salary ranges from SGD 5,000 to 10,000 per month (negotiable based on the candidate's experience and capabilities graduates from NUS or NTU may receive higher pay).

3. Five-day work week with weekends off Sundays and public holidays are off.

4. Main job responsibilities:

. Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chairman.

. Manage and coordinate the Chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and official events.

. Prepare meeting agendas and materials, accurately record meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action items.

. Serve as a key communication interface between the Chairman, senior management, and external stakeholders.

. Organize, maintain, and safeguard important company documents, contracts, and reports.

. Monitor and track progress on key initiatives, providing timely reminders and concise updates.

. Handle sensitive information and data related to the Chairman with the highest level of confidentiality.

. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Chairman.
