Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies and long-term growth plans aligned with corporate objectives across APAC and Oceania.
- Establish and maintain corporate governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
- Formulate and monitor short and mid-term strategies to track progress and drive organizational transformation and change initiatives.
- Assume full P&L accountability by managing budgeting, forecasting, sales planning, profit targets, and expense control to optimize financial performance.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance business performance and explore new market opportunities.
- Provide leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
- Oversee HR functions including personnel management, attendance tracking, and health management to support workforce effectiveness.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, customers, and headquarters to support business objectives.
- Represent the company in executive-level negotiations, regional meetings, and strategic forums to influence decision-making and advance company interests.
- Frequent travel across APAC and Oceania as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience(preferably experience in senior leadership roles managing multi-country operations).
- Business level, JLPT N1 or equivalent.
- Proven track record in regional business operations, financial performance, and governance.
- Industry experience in semiconductor components, electronic components, and electrical unit products.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, P&L management, business expansion, and executive leadership.
- Experience working in a Japanese corporate environment with understanding of operational practices and business etiquette.
