We are now seeking an experienced professional to join the team.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

. Manage the areas of responsibilities in Sales & Trading.

. Responsible for profit and loss of Trading.

. Establish necessary strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets in area of responsibility with consideration to entire operation within AOTD.

. Proper allocation of given resources and limits to achieve maximum effect, and proper management within the limits.

. Provide support for market business in Singapore and Asia & Oceania region, with consistency and with consideration of differences by countries.

. Pay attention to changes in regulations and environment, and analyze their impact to Mizuho Bank, Asia & Oceania region and AOTD, and take necessary measures.

. Strive to enhance reputation of AOTD and Mizuho in the market and with customers.

. Business promotion related to Sales & Trading throughout the Asia-Oceania region.

. Secure safety job environment and take care of health conditions of subordinate staffs.

. In charge of developing skill of his subordinate staffs.

What you should have:

. A Bachelor's Degree.

. At least 15 years of relevant experience in Sales & Trading and financial markets. Knowledge of ALM would be an advantage.

. Knowledge in VBA and API to be utilized in Sales & Trading operation.

. Knowledge of Japanese and global financial regulations.

. Management skills to motivate subordinates

. Highly motivated and able to collaborate and negotiate effectively in both English and Japanese will be advantageous.

. Business-level proficiency in both the English and Japanese languages will be advantageous as you are required to communicate, read and understand as well as respond and present in these two languages to management in Asia & Oceania and Japan (Head office).

. Familiarity with Japanese corporate sales.
