Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence across Singapore and overseas markets.
Manage the company's financial performance, budgeting, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Ensure all business activities comply with applicable Singapore regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Lead and supervise the management team and employees to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of organizational objectives.
Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, networking events, and collaborations with external stakeholders.
Monitor healthcare industry trends, advancements in medical education, and market developments to support strategic planning and innovation.
Review and approve key operational matters, business proposals, service agreements, and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, training providers, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present business performance reports and strategic updates to shareholders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of leadership or senior management experience, preferably within healthcare, education, consulting, or professional training industries.
Strong business development, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing international partnerships and professional training programs is an advantage.
