About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead our Singapore sales operations and play a key role within the APAC Executive Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven people leader who is passionate about developing highperforming teams, driving operational excellence, and growing successful business.
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for creating a thriving culture, mentoring emerging leaders, expanding our customer base, and ensuring high performance across all facets of the business.
What You'll Do
- The role is responsible for Staffing and IT Services across Singapore, including sales, talent acquisition, service delivery
- Lead and inspire a highperforming team, fostering engagement, motivation, and collaboration.
- Drive business growth through strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and strategic planning.
- Build an inclusive, authentic and positive office culture that supports retention and internal promotion.
- Ensure operational excellence by guiding teams to follow regional best practices across sales, recruitment, finance, and operational processes.
- Use handson coaching methodologies to uplift team capability and performance.
- Deliver on the Annual Operating Plan and consistently exceed productivity benchmarks and sales objectives.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in both core and emerging markets.
- Support strong, ethical negotiations that deliver winwin outcomes for clients, candidates, and the company.
About You
You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Experience of working in an IT Services environment across Sales, Solutions, and Project Delivery
- Experience of managing customer, people and operations within a staffing environment
- Experience working with external customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders globally
- Experience of building operating processes and functions
- Demonstrated success in leading people, operations and customer functions to deliver outstanding results.
- Experience of building and developing training curriculums, suitable for diverse cultures
- A track record of developing talent and building highperforming teams through effective hiring, coaching, and internal promotion.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to support teams in executing effective business development strategies.
- Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans aligned to organisational goals.
- A leadership style grounded in authenticity, positivity, and accountability.
- Experience fostering a culture that generates high engagement and sustained results.
