Mason Advisory is continuing to grow its presence across the Asia-Pacific region and is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to join their expanding Singapore team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior consulting professional who enjoys leading complex client engagements, influencing strategic decisions, and delivering lasting business outcomes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead high-performing teams, and play an important role in growing both our client relationships and our Singapore practice.

The Role

As a Managing Consultant, you will take ownership of major consulting engagements and provide trusted advice to clients navigating complex business and technology challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and shaping complex consulting engagements across multiple client accounts
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Managing and developing consulting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Identifying and resolving complex business and technology challenges
• Supporting business development activities, including bids, proposals and client presentations
• Driving delivery excellence and continuous improvement
• Building long-term client relationships and supporting regional growth
• Contributing to internal strategy, capability development and thought leadership initiatives

About You

We're looking for an accomplished consultant with a strong track record of delivering strategic technology and transformation initiatives.

You'll ideally bring:

• Significant consulting experience across technology strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, cyber security, AI & data, or related disciplines
• Proven success delivering large-scale programmes and managing senior client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and business development experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams
• The ability to balance multiple engagements while maintaining high standards of delivery
