Key Responsibilities
- 360 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sophisticated business development and client retention to candidate sourcing and placement.
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing hands-on desk coaching to drive KPIs and professional growth.
- Government Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for Government project partnerships, ensuring all deliverables align with contractual milestones and public sector standards.
- Client Management: Build and maintain C-suite relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic talent advisor rather than just a vendor.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with MOM regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
- Drive Growth: Lead aggressive Business Development initiatives to penetrate new sectors and strengthen existing Tier-1 client relationships.
- Full-Cycle Delivery: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior mandates with a focus on quality and speed.
- Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and coach a team of consultants, driving their KPIs and professional development.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is strongly preferred. We value the analytical and strategic mindset that advanced education brings to complex client solutions.
- 710 years of experience in a 360-recruitment environment, with a proven track record of hitting personal billing targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing or leading a team in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Valid CEI (Basic or KAH) certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling Government tenders or public sector collaborations is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
