Manager

Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites (restaurants, offices, retail, industrial, or residential buildings).

Ensure cleaning schedules, methods, and quality standards are met.

Allocate manpower, equipment, and cleaning materials efficiently.

Handle emergency cleaning requests (e.g., spills, accidents, hygiene issues).

Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaners.

Recruit, train, and evaluate cleaning staff.

Schedule work shifts and manage attendance.

Provide coaching to ensure compliance with cleaning and safety standards.

Conduct routine site inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (WSH, MOM, NEA in Singapore).

Implement and enforce hygiene, disinfection, and waste management practices.

Address and resolve issues or complaints raised by clients or tenants

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services.

Prepare reports on cleaning performance and incident handling.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Handle service recovery when issues occur.

Prepare cleaning operation budgets (manpower, supplies, equipment).

Track expenses and optimize cost efficiency.

Maintain proper documentation (inventory, staff records, incident reports).

Report to senior management on operations, KPIs, and challenges.

Evaluate and adopt new cleaning technology (e.g., automated scrubbers, eco-friendly chemicals).

Improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Ensure staff are updated with the latest hygiene and safety training.
