Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance standardised warehouse and logistics policies, SOPs, and work instructions across all sites.
  • Ensure alignment of processes with corporate objectives, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish clear operational guidelines covering:

Warehouse Processes

  • Inventory control, storage, and material handling
  • Inbound/outbound operations (receiving to dispatch)
  • Warehouse layout, bin coding, and system transactions

Logistics Processes

  • Shipment planning, transport mode selection, and cost optimisation
  • Incoterms, customs compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Freight cost control, service provider management, and transit risk/insurance
  • Enforce consistent implementation of HQ policies and standards across all sites.
  • Establish and conduct audits to ensure compliance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor site performance and support operational improvements, including resolving key issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
