Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all construction activities on site
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work programs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
• Supervise site staff, contractors, and workers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Resolve site issues, delays, and technical problems
• Control project costs and ensure efficient use of resources
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Conduct site inspections and meetings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction/project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
