Partner Enablement & Sales Support

  • Conduct regular product sharing, updates, and thematic briefings for sales teams virtually and face-to-face
  • Design and implement incentive schemes and tactical campaigns to boost sales performance
  • Collaborate on customer journey design initiatives to enhance bancassurance service delivery
  • Manage appeals for underwriting decisions and preliminary requests from bank partners
  • Oversee submission of new business documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Address new business enquiries and provide timely resolution to partner queries

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Respond to daily enquiries from bank partner regarding products, systems, documentation, and post-sales processes
  • Manage and coordinate the training and induction of sales teams for partnership
  • Handle appeals and escalations related to consumer promotions and campaign incentives
  • Maintain broadcast lists for updates on system enhancements, promotions, and incentives
  • Process consumer promotion-related requests, including redemption extensions and guidance
  • Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) enquiries and documentation submissions (e.g., cash benefit instructions, freelook, surrender requests)
  • Address commission-related enquiries, including audit confirmations and reconciliation issues
  • Prepare internal data reports for submission to Income and other stakeholders

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate and maintain monthly comprehensive data feeds
  • Prepare and submit monthly regulatory reports and performance reports as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance distribution, or partnership management
  • Proven track record in managing bank relationships and driving sales performance through channel partners

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and influence outcomes across multiple levels
  • Sales Enablement: Able to influence, designing and executing sales campaigns, training programs, and performance incentives
  • Process Optimization: Experience in scaling operational processes and improving workflow efficiency across bank channel
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong data interpretation skills to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage both internal teams and external partners
  • Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales tracking systems. Able to adapt and learn new sales tools to drive efficiency
