Job Summary
You will independently manage transport operations for the school transport division, focusing on customer service, route planning, crew management, and driving process improvements to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and manage coordinators and bus crew, both internal and external, to maintain operational effectiveness
- Receive and process route orders and onboard passengers according to established procedures
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address queries and facilitate onboarding processes
- Plan and assign routes to appropriate drivers, ensuring optimal route coverage and safety
- Lead training sessions to uphold service quality standards among transport crew
- Proactively handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints to enhance service satisfaction
- Adopt and promote IT tools and technology to improve workflow and train crew members accordingly
- Maintain focus and multitask effectively to meet customer deliverables under pressure
- Demonstrate a good sense of road direction to support route planning and driver coordination
- Exhibit a positive, willing attitude as a learner, worker, and leader within the team
