This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to shape compensation strategy while driving HR technology and digital transformation initiatives across a diverse business portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Total Rewards frameworks, partnering with business leaders across multiple countries, and leading HR technology initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
You will also contribute to strategic transformation projects as the organization continues to evolve its people practices and operating model.
