This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to shape compensation strategy while driving HR technology and digital transformation initiatives across a diverse business portfolio.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Total Rewards frameworks, partnering with business leaders across multiple countries, and leading HR technology initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will also contribute to strategic transformation projects as the organization continues to evolve its people practices and operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards frameworks, policies and programmes.
  • Drive annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking and rewards analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders across regional businesses on rewards initiatives.
  • Lead HR technology enhancement and digital transformation projects.
  • Champion automation, AI and process improvements within the People function.
  • Act as an internal consultant on organizational and people-related initiatives.

About You

You'll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
  • Experience managing HR systems, technology or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • A naturally curious, analytical and collaborative approach.
