1. Project Delivery & Execution
. Oversee and manage all ongoing projects across Singapore and regional offices to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality completion.
. Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, enforce compliance with project schedules, and implement corrective measures where required.

. Review and coordinate design drawings, construction methodologies, and technical details to achieve optimal implementation.
. Support project handover and post-maintenance stages, ensuring client satisfaction and fulfilment of lifetime warranty commitments.
2. Leadership & Team Coordination
. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Site Managers, and Maintenance Teams across multiple markets.
. Collaborate closely with Design, Commercial, and Procurement departments to ensure alignment, coordination, and smooth project delivery.
3. Vendor, Client & Stakeholder Management
. Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing operational leadership from pre-construction through to completion.
. Partner with Business Development and Commercial teams on project feasibility assessments, tender strategies, and value engineering.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
. Review and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and margin performance to ensure profitability and financial discipline.
. Prepare and present operational performance reports, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Process & System Development
. Enhance operational workflows, systems, and SOPs to improve efficiency, transparency, and governance.
. Drive digitalisation initiatives, including ERP and HubSpot integrations, to strengthen project tracking and performance analytics.
. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, sustainability principles, and ESG objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
. Management, Engineering,or Interior Design.
. Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in interior design & build or construction operations.
. Proven leadership track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
. Experience in regional or cross-border project management will be an advantage.
