ALPS was set up in 2018 as part of Ministry of Health's (MOH) strategic thrust in delivering value-based supply chain solutions to public healthcare.
As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a good physical layout and maximize storage space.
Maintain effective inventory control system for stores, following First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expired First Out (FEFO) method.
Maintain stocks at end user areas according to respective par levels.
Making recommendation on addition / reduction of par levels according to end users usage.
Review and co-ordinate with Purchasing to optimize holding stocks to meet the department's objectives for Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH) / Material replenishment planning and minimize the occurrence of stock-outs.
Plan inventory count and supervise stock take activities
Establish the necessary work instructions / procedures
To ensure staff are trained and made available to support warehouse tasks.
Track and report logistics performance.
Supervise store personnel to ensure alignment of service with the internal customers and compliance to all work processes (SOP). Conduct appraisal of staff, in conjunction with Store Manager
Oversee the work of the logistic associates assigned with the following tasks: cycle count, stock rotation of expiring drugs, checking and consolidation of inventory reports and discrepancies, record keeping of all transactions documents on monthly basis, storing flammable stocks only in flammable cupboards.
There will be managing logistics projects such as warehouse transformation, including digitalization and automation.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in management / Business Administration/ Logistic Supply Management and / or Certificate in Management in Logistic Supply Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in use of SAP and WMS is an advantage, but training will be provided
Supervisory Level to lead a team, experienced in leading a team is required.
Experienced in managing store is required
A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work with people from different disciplines.
Self motivated
Prior experience in warehouse transformation, automation and digitalization would be an advantage
