Manager, Strategy Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of action plans.
• Seek out the potential new sustainability / green business that the business could develop.
• Support project management efforts, ensuring timely execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and collaboration on strategic goals.
• Support business in strategy development, M&A opportunity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on strategic initiatives and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in strategy planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
