All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Drive M&A transactions including day-to-day project management
- Conduct industry and market research
- Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Perform hands-on rigorous financial analysis and review on target companies
- Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support various negotiations
- Provide support in new business origination
- Assist in review of corporate and business unit strategy
- Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
- Prepare presentation materials for use in meetings with senior management
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- At least 6 to 8 years in relevant field of work
- A degree in economics/accounting/business/finance with professional qualifications in accounting/ finance (such as CPA or CFA etc).
- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
