We at Sysvalent pte. ltd. are seeking an experienced Manager - Source-to-Pay Solutions & Deliver to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Source-to-Pay transformation and technology implementation programmes. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer projects, providing governance across implementation programmes, driving operational and financial performance, and leading a high-performing professional services team. The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement processes with experience in enterprise software implementation, programme/project management, customer engagement and professional services leadership. The role requires close collaboration with customers, implementation partners, internal product and technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, customer adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Programme Delivery:
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of Source-to-Pay implementation and transformation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, scope and quality standards.
- Establish appropriate project governance, delivery methodologies, controls and operational processes.
- Monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and delivery risks.
- Identify delivery issues and implement appropriate corrective and remediation plans.
- Support project teams with functional and operational guidance, including recommended implementation and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies to improve implementation efficiency and time-to-value.
- Source-to-Pay Transformation
- Provide functional leadership across end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including:
- Strategic sourcing
- Supplier onboarding and supplier management
- Contract management
- Procurement and purchasing
- Requisition-to-order processes
- Procure-to-Pay
- Invoice management
- Spend management and procurement analytics
- Work with customers to understand existing procurement processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation and automation.
- Translate business and procurement requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions.
- Support customers in adopting leading practices for digital procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation.
Customer and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer executives and key stakeholders throughout implementation and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Conduct project governance and steering discussions with senior customer stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between business requirements, project scope and technology capabilities.
- Handle project risks, issues and escalations and ensure appropriate remediation plans are implemented.
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption.
Partner and Implementation Governance:
- Provide governance and oversight for projects delivered together with implementation and consulting partners.
- Ensure partner-led projects comply with agreed implementation methodologies, delivery standards and quality requirements.
- Review implementation progress, project risks, solution quality and delivery performance.
- Work collaboratively with partners to resolve delivery issues and improve implementation outcomes.
Financial and Performance Management:
- Take responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of assigned professional services engagements.
- Monitor project profitability, services gross margin and resource utilisation.
- Support achievement and protection of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through successful implementation, customer adoption and retention.
- Track key Professional Services performance indicators including:
- Project profitability

- Customer satisfaction
- Time-to-value
- Implementation quality
- Identify operational inefficiencies and introduce improvements to strengthen delivery performance and financial outcomes.
Leadership and Team Development
- Recruit, manage, mentor and develop a high-performing Professional Services and project delivery team.
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers, consultants and implementation specialists.
- Coach team members on project delivery, customer engagement, procurement processes and enterprise solution implementation.
- Establish development plans and identify training requirements for team members.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to strengthen the team's understanding of Source-to-Pay platforms and procurement transformation.
- Strategy, Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Professional Services and implementation strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies, operating models and customer implementation outcomes.
- Work with customers and internal teams to identify product gaps, process improvement opportunities and potential enhancements.
- Provide structured feedback to product, engineering and solution teams based on implementation experience and customer requirements.
- Support innovation initiatives designed to accelerate customer adoption and improve the effectiveness of future implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, project/programme management, procurement transformation or related areas.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience with enterprise Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, procurement management or ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, project governance and programme management.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing project financials, budgets, margins and resource utilisation.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives.
- Proven people-management experience, including recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development of professional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and remediation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
