Job Description
- Lead end-to-end design of regional warehouse and contract logistics solutions for RFQs, including layout planning, process engineering, operating model definition, and value proposition development
- Drive solution differentiation by analysing customer requirements, identifying operational gaps, and proposing innovative, scalable, and cost-effective logistics strategies
- Develop detailed productivity models to define labour efficiency, throughput assumptions, and optimal handling resource requirements across warehouse operations
- Own cost modelling and financial inputs for RFQ opportunities, including warehouse productivity, resources planning, equipment sizing, space utilisation, and overall operating cost structures to support pricing strategies
- Partner closely with commercial teams in customer engagements, including solution workshops, technical discussions, and proposal presentations during presales stages
- Collaborate with country operations, engineering, and finance teams to validate assumptions, costing structures, and operational feasibility across multiple markets
- Align solution design with execution capabilities by working cross-functionally with IT, automation, and operations teams, and support implementation through to post-go-live optimisation
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field
- Possess minimally 7 years of experience in contract logistics, with exposure to solution design
- Strong background in warehouse operations and process optimisation
- Proven experience in resource modelling, costing, solution design calculation and RFQ/RFP management
- Solid understanding of WMS, automation, and supply chain optimisation
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
