Position Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance our team's engineering capabilities, contributing to strategic technical decisions.
Analyze and improve the backend to frontend ecosystem, providing insights to advance our tech stack.
Integrate and modernize applications using technologies like Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and Angular.
Design and test high-quality React or Angular UIs and Node or Spring Boot APIs with both internal and open-source libraries.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Enhance performance and reliability through tools such as New Relic for performance monit oring and comprehensive telemetry data analysis.
Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
5+ years of experience in team management and leadership roles.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly Azure AKS.
Skilled in JavaScript, React, and Angular for web development.
Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, and Spring Boot for microservices.
Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MongoDB or NoSQL.
Experience using Jira for task management.
Proficient with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Snyk, Azure, and SonarQube.
Competence with GitHub for source control.
