The individual in this position is responsible for Regional Sales, to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth and market share.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities, including sales forecasts, budgets and reporting
- Develop and drive country specific strategies through partners to achieve revenue and growth.
- Collaborate across departments to align strategies and product promotion and to provide necessary and timely support to partners in resolving issues
- Provide forecasts to the Operations team to ensure timely planning and delivery.
- Manage product pricing and pricing updates for partners.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new potential channel partners to expand market reach.
- Continuously improve sales management processes and standards.
- Correspond with Japan HQ and distributors on sales and other related matters
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
