The Volunteer & Partnerships Manager at Rise & Thrive plays a strategic and outward-facing role in stewarding and growing our ecosystem of volunteers, corporate collaborators, and community partners.
Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for building and strengthening meaningful relationships that directly support our Risers (women entrepreneurs) and Elevating Collective community members. The Manager will oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, matching and retention, while also cultivating corporate and retail partnerships that create real market access opportunities for our women.
In addition to relationship stewardship, this role will contribute to operational excellence across the organisation. As a small and collaborative team, the whole team supports key operational processes during peak periods - including events, catalogues, reporting, and programme coordination - ensuring smooth execution and shared ownership of impact.
This is a dynamic role that blends relationship-building, community leadership, and structured follow-through. It is ideal for someone who thrives in both corporate and social sector spaces, and who believes deeply in dignity-based, asset-based community development.
The position is full-time, and in person.
