[What the role is]
Reporting to the Assistant Director (Talent Attraction & Development) in the Human Resource Division, you will design, develop and implement talent, career development and employee engagement initiatives in MPA to ensure an engaged workforce.
[What you will be working on]
The Key Duties Include
- Drive, manage and review talent management initiatives and programmes to enhance the capabilities and maximise the potential of officers for a high performing workforce.
- Work with Senior Management and business partners on talent identification, formulation of individual development plans, posting plans and retention of our talent.
- Drive career development initiatives to develop, engage and retain MPA officers and talents.
- Develop career pathways and related resources to guide officers and supervisors on career planning by articulating key experiences/ competencies at different career stages.
- Perform secretariat duties at the quarterly Career Development Committee.
- As part of the Talent Attraction and Development team, you may also be involved in talent outreach events such as career and recruitment fairs.
[What we are looking for]
- You should possess at least 3 5 years of working experience, with relevant experience in the aforementioned HR functions or Business Partnering. Knowledge in recruitment policy, sourcing strategies, career development will be useful.
- You should be a team player with strong stakeholders management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
