This is a rare opportunity to be a catalyst for change, working directly with senior leadership to conceptualize, design, and implement high-impact initiatives.
- Strategic Planning. Conceptualise and drive the implementation of near-term business initiatives and mid / long-term strategic projects to achieve A.STAR's priorities bridging within and outside of Corporate Development to understand different views, drive conversations and influence outcomes towards a common goal.
- Executive Communication. Craft and deliver high-impact, concise narratives as we are the key interface with A.STAR's senior management and other public sector agencies within and beyond A.STAR. You will also architect internal engagement platforms that forge powerful connections and build alignment across A.STAR.
- Special Assignments (Digital Transformation & Process Innovation): Deployed to projects that requires immediate, decisive action. This may include reviewing inefficiencies in policies and processes and spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge digitalization and automation solutions (including GenAI).
Required Skills and Experiences:
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in either strategic/corporate planning or relevant roles
- Demonstrated ability to create executable plans and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy.
- The capacity to maintain composure and perform under extreme pressure from tight deadlines
- A keen mind that can anticipate issues and plans for contingency.
