Manager / Senior Manager, Revenue Management (Room Yield)

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager / Senior Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing effective pricing strategies, managing room inventory, and analyzing booking trends to maximize yield and overall revenue performance.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth by optimizing room allocation across channels, collaborating with Sales & Marketing to develop targeted promotions, and ensuring smooth daily yield operations.

• Implement pricing strategies based on market demand, booking trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage room inventory allocation across all distribution channels and market segments to maximize yield.
• Analyze booking data to identify trends and opportunities for improving room pickup and revenue.
• Forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Partner with Resort Sales & Marketing team to develop targeted promotional offers and packages.
• Review promotional campaign performance and propose enhancements to improve conversion and revenue.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to inform pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Oversee daily room yield operations including:
  • Sales quotation requests
  • Pricing adjustments
  • Room allotments and allocations
• Manage room rate code setup and configuration in CXM and Opera systems,
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes and systems.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure operational consistency.
• Perform administrative tasks and support ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with prior experience in hotels, revenue management, analytics, or a related industry

• Proficient in using revenue management systems, data analytics tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, pricing methodologies, and demand forecasting.
• Strong project management, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good written and communication skills.
