- Able to quickly understand company needs to propose relevant consultancy and technology solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct LEAN process review and digitalisation enablement programs involving Office 365, RPA, Low-code apps, Gen Al and potential other areas to industry
- Implement innovative and impactful digitalisation and LEAN process projects to industry
- Support outreach events with setup and assisting in demonstrations

Business Development
- A driven self-starter that actively keeps abreast with business needs and can quickly put together proof-of-concepts to meet business needs
- Sell to both business leaders and operations staff the benefits of process and technology innovation
- Strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to execute impactful supply chain projects
Familiarity In Implementing
- Process improvement using LEAN, swimlane and other process discovery tools
- Office 365 tools (including Power
Automate, PowerBl, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc) and Google Workspace/ Cloud tools like Google Appsheet
- RPA software such as UiPath
- Motivated to explore, learn and apply new technologies, like Generative Al
